Chunky Chocolate Brownies

Recipe;
60g Cocoa powder
3 large eggs
260g caster sugar
100 g plain flour
190g butter

200 g dark chocolate (melted)
150g milk chocolate (chunks)
150g white chocolate (chunks)

Method;

Melt together butter and dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl then Leave to cool to room temperature.
Whisk together the eggs & caster sugar for a few minutes until doubled in size.

pour the melted chocolate over whisked mix and fold together gently. Add the cocoa powder and plain flour to the mixture and fold again until combined. Then add your chocolate chunks.

Pour into your baking tin and bake in the oven at 160 for 25-30 minutes. Leave to cool completely before cutting up & serving. I usually pop them into the fridge for 30 minutes to help the chocolate chunks reset before serving. Enjoy ✨
