Ingredients;
- 200g Dark chocolate – melted
- 150g Milk chocolate chunks
- 150g White chocolate chunks
- 60g Cocoa powder
- 3 eggs
- 260g Caster sugar
- 100g Plain flour
- 190g Butter
- 1Tsp Vanilla extract

Method;
Start by melting the butter and dark chocolate together. You can do this either in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water on the hob or in the microwave in short bursts, stirring until smooth. Once fully melted, set aside to cool slightly.
Meanwhile, whisk together the eggs and caster sugar until the mixture is a thick mousse-like consistency.
Add the melted chocolate into the egg mixture along with the vanilla extract, and gently fold everything together until just combined.
Sift the cocoa powder and plain flour over the mixture, then carefully fold them in. Finally, add the chocolate chunks and give everything one last gentle fold.
Pour into a lined 9 inch baking tin and bake for 30-35 minutes at 180/160βc fan.
